I have created this blog to help me through my weight loss, now even though there might not be anyone reading it, it helps me a lot knowing that I can write my thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Now maybe...just maybe someone will read it :). If not it's okay like I said it's just to keep me in line :)

In the end.
There is a reality. We are that reality. When you understand this, you see that you are nothing, and in being nothing, you are everything.
